Upon successful completion of the Bilingual Teacher Pathway Program and passing scores on the CBEST and Praxis professional exams, you will be eligible to apply to the Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission for an initial teacher licensure in elementary or high school level education with an ESL/Bilingual Endorsement. Authorizations at mid-level and early childhood can be added through additional field work experiences during your BTP Program.
