PARS
(Portland Area Rethinking Schools) is a local organization of
education activists (teachers, students, parents and other community
members) working toward democracy and social justice in schools
and the broader society. PARS
Sponsors "TGIF With a Point" gatherings several times
a year, as well as occational conferences and other activities.
